With traditional and UV ink, ooffering a high quality product that is possible thanks to the use of latest-generation machinery HEIDELBERG XL 105 SPEEDMASTER CON IMAGE CONTROL

The print is made from a SPEEDMASTER XL 105 HEIDELBERG that it is connected to the pre-press digitized which is able to send to the machine, by means of cip 3, all values of pre-adjustment of each color area, it all makes the production process more reliable.
During the production phase the sheets are controlled by means of a further tool "imageControl" that is connected to the printing machine, capable of measuring the quality of the printing so spectrophotometric.
The reference values and actual values are compared and in case of deviation the differences will be sent to the machine to make corrections automatically.
